Have you heard the latest on the Campaign to Support USC? The University has announced several generous gifts since the start of 2012. Here are some of the exciting highlights
- USC Libraries received a gift of $5 million by USC trustee Ronald D. Sugar and his wife, Valerie Sugar MS ’72. The donation is the largest endow a dean’s chair in the history of USC.
- A $3.8 million gift by the Stamps Family Charitable Foundation will establish new scholarships with the same standing as the Trustee, Presidential and Mork scholars.
- USC will expand cancer care facilities thanks to a $15 million donation from the Kenneth T. and Eileen L. Norris Foundation. The gift will help fund construction of a new state-of-the-art outpatient clinic building to be named the Norris Healthcare Consultation Center.
